The company is engaged in the manufacture and wholesale of organic chemical products. It was incorporated in June of 1996 and has its registered head office in the city of Sant Celoni in Spain. The company is considered as the leading manufacturer of antioxidants in Spain with manufacturing plants in Spain (Sant Celoni near Barcelona) and Germany (Ludwigshafen). The Spanish and German plants focus on final antioxidant products with a production capacity of more than 20,000 tons per year. The antioxidants are marketed under the well-established IONOL® brand. The main applications of the company's antioxidants are in segments such as plastics, rubber and latex, lubricants and fuels (petrol, diesel, biodiesel and jet fuel), foodstuff and feedstuff, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, as well as coatings and printing inks.
